Simon Weiler has been a vital part of the Traveler Street Hospitality family for over four years, currently serving as the Bar Manager at Shore Leave. Simon’s journey into the restaurant industry began with Black Lamb, though his roots lie in the specialty coffee world.
Simon’s dedication and versatility have been evident from the start. He began as a host at Black Lamb with aspirations of becoming a bartender, and worked through every front-of-house position before earning his spot behind the bar. A memorable highlight was stepping up to serve tables and barback on a busy Saturday night, demonstrating his adaptability and love of hospitality.
Simon’s favorite dishes include the classic combination of oysters and martinis at Black Lamb. He particularly enjoys the spring season in Boston, appreciating the city’s revival after a long winter. When not behind the bar, Simon indulges in pottery, a creative pursuit he cherishes when time allows.
